For optimal availability and to secure your preferred accommodations and experiences, we recommend booking 2-12 weeks in advance, especially for peak season travel or special occasions. However, we've successfully arranged exceptional last-minute journeys with as little as 2 weeks notice for our clients.

What is your planning fee structure?

Our planning fee is £50 and covers consultation, research, booking, and 24/7 support throughout your trip. The £50 consultation deposit is applied toward this fee.

Do you specialize in particular destinations?

While I've personally traveled to over 40 countries and have expertise worldwide, my specialties include the Mediterranean (Greece, Italy, France), Southeast Asia (Thailand, Indonesia, Japan), luxury beach destinations (Maldives, Seychelles, Bora Bora), and African safaris (Tanzania, Kenya, South Africa). That said, I'm passionate about creating exceptional experiences anywhere in the world.

Can you accommodate special dietary or accessibility needs?

Yes, I specialize in curating experiences for groups of 4-20 travelers, including family reunions, milestone celebrations, and exclusive corporate retreats. Group travel requires additional coordination, and I ensure every member of your party has an exceptional experience tailored to the group's collective interests.

Consultation Deposit

A £50 consultation deposit is required to begin bespoke itinerary design. This amount is applied to your final booking and is non‑refundable once planning has commenced.

Scope of Service

Mori Travel Expert provides bespoke itinerary design, research, and booking support for travel experiences. Recommendations are tailored to your preferences and may include accommodation, transport, activities, dining, and concierge services.

Planning Fees & Payments

Planning fees are confirmed prior to commencement and reflect the complexity and duration of your itinerary. All third‑party bookings are subject to supplier terms and payment schedules. Full payment may be required at time of booking depending on supplier policy.

Changes & Cancellations

Amendments are welcomed and will be accommodated wherever possible. Changes or cancellations may incur supplier fees. Mori Travel Expert is not responsible for penalties imposed by third‑party suppliers.

Travel Documentation

Clients are responsible for ensuring passports, visas, and other entry requirements are valid for their destinations. Mori Travel Expert will provide guidance but cannot guarantee entry decisions made by authorities.

Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended. Mori Travel Expert can advise on suitable coverage but does not provide insurance directly.

Liability

Mori Travel Expert acts as a booking agent for third‑party suppliers and is not liable for the acts, omissions, or performance of those suppliers. All travel is undertaken at your own risk.

ABTA / ATOL Protection

Where applicable, bookings are protected under ABTA and/or ATOL regulations. Protection details will be confirmed in your booking documentation.

Privacy

Personal information is handled with discretion and used solely for planning and booking your travel. Data will not be shared beyond necessary suppliers.
